iCF / iCG 2nd Generation DOSA Series



iCF / iCG Series of Non-Isolated Point of Load DC/DC Converter by TDK InnovetaThe iCF and iCG converters are the first in a series of a complete new range of POLs complying with the latest 2nd Generation DOSA standard for Point of Load Converters.

Both product families cover the input voltage range from 2.4 to 5.5 volts or 4.5 to 14V, with an output voltage adjustment range of 0.6 to 3.63V or 0.7 to 5.5V depending on the product selected.

The iCF series features output current ratings up to 4.5A and maximum power rating up to 22.5W. The ultra low profile, open frame, low component count design is highly efficient, up to 95%.

The iCG series has an output current rating of 6A and maximum power rating up to 33W. Sharing the circuit design of the 3A product, the innovative and rugged two board construction of the iCG is highly efficient, up to 96.5%.
